Been away from devrant for almost 8 months, and all these months the app was sitting idle on my phone.

Now, since I am part of industry and have a terrible boss, I am back to throw some anger

Took me almost 2 months and interviews/assignments of couple dozens of companies, century of applications,

but ....Finally !

Got a Full-time job offer from a great startup. YC funded/graduates.
Was rejected by the same startup one month ago, but the core members are great, and who gave a shot on me.
One month later, I got the offer.

Got a really good compensation. Would be earning almost 2.5x than rest of graduates from my college who always scored 2.5x of what I scored.

Would have loved even more if had received back-end role, but front-end is also pretty good.

Quite confused between choosing one out of two job opportunities

Little background - I am currently working on my own startup/project. I have been thinking of taking a break from it, for now, for various reasons, pick a job, earn some more experience and money, and get back to my gig after couple of months.

18 months ago, I had to choose a framework. I decided to go with Vuejs, and I feel, I made the correct choice. My motive was not to select a framework for job market or prepare for job, but to learn the best framework for project ( Good learning curve, easy, and fast )

Just recently, I got internship opportunity at two good startups (one YC selected and one funded), one using Vuejs and other Reactjs, which will be converted into full-time job.

The advantage with vuejs startup is, I am good with vuejs and looking to use it in future also. But with reactjs startup, I will have to dive deeper in reactJs in coming 2-3 weeks, which I don't think I am going to use in future for personal projects.

Compensation of reactjs startups looks more than vuejs company. Around 20-30% more. Vuejs company had asked for 3 month internship, while reactjs company will decide to convert it to full-time in a month.

Have anything to say ??

How much time did it took you to make your first profit, from your startup ?

36 hours. In the first 2 Hackathons I ever participated. This includes the time I spent on eating free food, tea , dinner, mid-night snacks, tea, tea, morning snacks, lunch, evening snacks, tea, tea, dinner ........And Quizzes that I lost

Apart from linux, it has to be vue.js, quasar and express.js

Vue.js had made my development extremely easy, faster and managable
Quasar brought great Styling and various other powerful features to vuejs. Thus helping save even more time

And express.js don't need any explanation. Better code organization and easy to get started.

Wifi used to be an issue in my incubator. Like I had mentioned in my earlier rant. There are many wifi's available now, but once when there was only one wifi available. That wifi network, was so terrible that it asks for human verification number of times even on google searches.

And the person responsible for wifi, is one of the most useless, undeserved person, I had ever seen

When a team from incubator talked to him about the issue, that this particular wifi's is pathetic, too many blocks and always asking for human verification, his reply was

"Just write 'S' after 'http', then it will work"

No doubt, everybody hates that guy.

But that guy cant be fired from job, because government. But he can be FIRED

I have a doubt regarding blockchain. I understand how it works, but couldnot make use of it.

I am currently working on a platform which let client to assign task to their employee

Now I am planning to make use of blockchain on existing platform, to somehow set up a mechanism to authenticate that employee had completed the task, as a certification to the employee. I just cannot figure out how

I thought of an implementation, ( if its possible ) where client will trigger the smart contract with some employee-specific data, and the smart contract will generate a custom token, which will then be sent to the employee's account. This token will be non transferable
