9/10 I fail to pick wisely, do most of the work myself and have to explain to the group that even though we got a good grade, we are not friends now, did not work great together and won't ever again work together. And then they think I am the jerk.

"slim" it is a very easy, express.js like API library for php

If you didn't do web for 15 years you just skipped all the crap before flexbox so you cannot understand why people think flexbox is such a saviour. Grid is the next step in evolution though
-
Staying away from devrant, might be the most unrealistic advice here though

I work best between 11 and 3am, when it's cooler, quiet and uninterrupted. For some reason I get to this crystal clear state of awakeness and flow that I cannot reach during the day even with coffee. Also I think the part of my brain that always assesses and overthinks gets tired and shuts up :D

Always drink a lot of water before going to bed drunk. Trust me, I am a student :D

If you connect everything Iot evolves to i-di-ot

I don't think 0 years means no experience. It's probably years over one job, so how it raises when you stay...

Actually agile includes a notion of estimates. It's called scrum poker and the cool thing is that it is a group effort so everybody estimates "points" and there is a consensus formed. That makes sure that many people think about how they would tackle the implementation and about possible problems. The average over everybody and learnings from wrong point estimates over time makes it more accurate. Points are relative (not bound to a fixed amount of hours) so in the beginning everyone has their own formula like needed effort, time or difficulty and can only do an ordering like "task A is worth more than B in my metric" and over sprints you slowly adapt to a common point level. Then you measure how many points were achieved in the sprints and you can estimate in which sprint a specific feature is likely to be started. The thing is that scrum is often badly understood and therefore wrongly used by managers and if they then ask for time estimate you cannot reasonably answer...

@Froot there are good and bad uses... But you also can't rate a meme on its appropriateness or correctness. Humour is also connected to surprise and misfit
-
@electrineer I guess if you want to make it more clear. I've seen this flavor on YouTube as well. I mean a meme develops over time, that's part of their weirdness

The nobody doesn't refer to the next line, it refers to the empty space :D

It's for making a sarcastic comment about something you deem to be unnecessary -
I think the question is do I lose my integrity if I overcharge this (is there a way not to :D)

Why is this a rant? Would you rather <table> ?
