@matanl you are right. But i think it is a combination/balance of both. I could not imagine to to boring tasks every day, even if it needs to be done. I think this is a sign that something needs to be changed, so that it is fun again.

Finally got an offer: It was just a bit higher than every junior dev gets... I knew that startup pay badly, but this was way under my expectations...

Do not wait for the scrum master to tell you what to do. A scrum team should be able to act on its own.
