Team lead has no idea whats going in project , who is doing what work , nothing at all. Come to our team once a week and got award for successfully managing the project.
Real bullshit

did all the work and showed it to client . a person came and did just formating/ui , even values were populated by me .
Now he is the one who did everything. even client appreciated his effort of 4 hours.
Fuck this company.

i was around 10 year old. That time we used to use ms dos for drawing lines, traingle and stuff using commands that will print on execution . I was having hard time understanding it . I went to my father and asked for help. He taught me how it works and everything is logic only nothing else.That was life changing movement for me. Use to score very good in computers then on . Now a full time web developer

I want to change the job after 6 months . I currently work in java and will have 1.5-2 years of exp when i will leave the company.Is it good idea to change the company that soon or should stay longer. Also what should i learn to get freelancing projects which will help me .

so client asked to come on Saturday for code review for 3 hours and i went . then after 3 hours he asked us to sit for littler bit more. when we said we had plans already , he asked to come on sunday . is client legally or ethically right to ask us to come on weekends so that he can review the code .

in agile methodology, have a daily session of 3 hours code review in which he will understand my code.. 👿

Used hashmap instead of arraylist for 13000+ entries and fetched it from hashmap. Earlier used to take 1500ms to execute and now only 500ms.. First time, optimization of code for which i can see the difference in real world.. Its a good feeling.

So i am working on a project based on Agile methodology but client wants to have a daily 4-5 hour code review session like he used to do in waterfall model. What should i do, how to say no diplomatically?

Worst mistake would be instead of selecting and deleting file contents, deleted whole code folder which i wrote in 3 days.

Raised concern about how dumb the client, got to know that they already know about it cant do anything regarding it. Wth :/

Went for a interview asking java and likes and interviewer told the job is about machine learning and nothing to do with java.

Completed whole code in spring framework and client asked when will you add dependency injection. :/

How dumb a client can be ?
So dumb that in the name of code review , he spent hours just to understand your code while sharing screen then can only make changes in method and class signature .

You know your client is stupid when you have to make him understand how switch() works..
