@theScientist, What if we have to submit the presentations to the professors for approval and get the approved presentation in a pendrive by the professor, who walks in the class only after all the setup is complete? Do I still want to be appreciated or do I have to do it because the situation asks for it
-
Do you even "rxjs" bro?
-
@Koolstr, apparently it is. So the agencies/freelancers would hand over the website that looks good on the front but is a shabby collection of previous projects from inside.
So the WordPress websites would be made up from versions of WordPress 3-4 years old and the client would constantly get messages to "upgrade" the version for security fixes and so when they call next time that's the word they use -
Damn it. Sorry folks for the conversion, but yeah it's around $31 - $78!
For some reason, I did not check in on my zeros while converting. I posted the rant when I was in a meeting with a potential client who offered me the $110 deal and then told me people are ready to do it for much cheap but as I was recommended he was willing to go up! -
@siksik, thankfully my company uses github!!
Bitbucket would have been a disaster -
Does the question assume that TypeScript is awesome?
-
@TerriToniAX, yeah my bad. The end result of refactoring should be to improve the nonfunctional aspects which in this case doesn't happen.
-
@TerriToniAX, for me I'll refactor it if I have to work on it for two or more days, it's worth effort for me as it doesn't distract me from actual logic throughout. Plus there for sure are plugins that do it for you.
-
@TerriToniAX, I'm in the favor of the second style. BTW, you're the first one to give some sensible reason other than "I've been doing this from day 1"
-
The catch is, it's tested by DEV and not QA/Users and we all know the dev testing works
-
I would love to see that conversation on Stack Over where the conversation would be closed within 10 sec and the poor guy would write a new question asking why that happened which would again be closed!!
Ohh wait, I've already seen that... -
@meowth, in my opinion it's about the whole suit of products under it and the way they all gel into each other. Hipchat, jira, confluence and what not..
-
Well can be. Diversity at an organization comes at a cost. Google now needs young people to show that they have employees of every age bracket and 16 is as low as it gets
-
Sort(arr){ console.log('Sorted arr:', arr); };
A clean simple and straightforward one line solution -
@Orek, exactly my point. This was for all those who keep saying that education teaches outdated stuff and it's not relevant
-
Well it's a easy math
Over-productive employee -> happy clients -> more business -> more money -> more over-productive employees -> more happy clients ->...
We we all try and avoid infinite loops wherever possible and its the only thing learnt through the the "intro to C" textbook
(ps. this is the only possible reason I can think of which explains everything) -
The idea that I'll need someone else's help at some point in the software I'm developing is scary. Because people are not enthusiastic as me and drag the progress around
-
Thanks folks. To be frank I am fortunate to be living in a major city of my country, but not enough to to be able to take decision like dropping out!!
