Have you guys ever hated your job but stuck around because the money was just too good? I keep hoping the grass will be greener eventually but I’m starting to think it’s not going to be.
Also I constantly say to myself that nothing is worth more than your mental health but then that pay check comes in and it keeps me going for another two weeks. Gah! I hate this6 -

Wify is angry with me as we planned shopping but now this. Fortunately, she's also in IT, so she understands..
FML! Spent the entire day stackoverflowing and fixing errors!
8PM evening, I am back to Friday's status. My shoulder and neck hurts but my mind is chilled.6 -

Today I was forced to code in 4 hours what I had planned for 2 days. I have a feeling that any change to that code will take a day to implement.

the best part?
90% of the time i've to deal with a computer
the worst part?
10% of the time i've to deal with stupid human beings -
Best part of being a dev? Converting coffee into code. ☕
Worst part? Dealing with others' shitty code everyday.1 -
The best part of being a Dev is it teaches you to live your life the way you want.
You are a programming language and all the functions inside that language defines you. -
When you spend hours figuring out a workaround for a problem and then when you finally solve it. It's beautiful. But then you find out the solution's a few clicks away on stackoverflow 😡😡😡

Get a bug report, look at the code: it was fix a month ago by... Me. The look on the face of my colleague like I'm a wizard or something: priceless1

Some people wanted me to implement an alternative to the Google PlayStore, which should someday replace the official PlayStore....
Yeah sure3 -
If number of people using Pokemon Go tries to learn programming go the world would be much better place to code.

In the late 90's before I knew anything about web development at all I used to think HTML was an abbreviation for hotmail.5

You come to work 2 hours early to continue a project that needs to launch next Friday.
40 minutes later you're still eating breakfast and browsing DevRant.
The coding hour has already hit and the day hasn't even started.4
