Practice "garbage collector": relax by keeping your eyes closed for exactly 10 minutes when you feel tired (you won't fall asleep).

I usually do it once (after lunch) or twice a day (and mid afternoon).

Just wondering, what kind of music do you listen to when you're programming ?

I usually listen to trance when I really have to focus on coding, helps to clear my head, but I do listen to other stuff when i'm working at a more relaxed pace.
