I'm trying all these phones out at the moment but still missing Xperia xz2 compact and other small phones. This could take a month or maybe 2. Must fit in hand and pocket and support apps (just 6 apps) I use.
Photo taken with a Nexus 5X
In the photo, L to R, iPhone 8+, iPhone X, iPhone 7, Nexus 4, and iPhone 5S. -
Also when someone makes example code with food and bar.

If they released an SE this year, I will throw money at it until it becomes mine. The iPhone SE is just ¥15000 (that's like ~$150 usd). It's also very popular in Japan.
Otherwise I'm considering a cheap / second hand iPhone 8. -
@Noob she was scouted by ALL48 (commonly known as AKB48) long ago. They are notorious for their witchcraft.
It's cool. Plenty of other fish in the ocean. -
Update: her boyfriend is our big boss's son. We went out for cake.
It appears she had surgery recently and cannot sing anymore. She learned jQuery and build her own website back in the day. Now a junior reactjs developer and learning on the job.
Respect.
But I don't date devs who use 2 spaces to align.

Sublime text is old faithful. VScode is good for JavaScript projects.
-
@rant1ng so wise!! Sensei.
-
@Frederick I will ask her if she wants to go to a cake shop on Friday.
Wish there was scripts to build confidence. -
She is very very pretty. I look like a train wreck on my best day. I tried to talk to her but words won't come out.
My coworker saw me try hard. He asked me to eat lunch with him where he explained psychological techniques like she'll look at me if she hear or see something funny and that's a sign a she is interested in me, among other things.
My coworker is a behavioral psychologist and a hacker. I'm not even sure if he's trolling me. -
@S-Homles Jeju island 4 day vacation. Stopping by Seoul on the last day of the vacation.

@Crazed For grammar, use https://www.bunpro.jp/ or Genki (is free online). I don't recommend buying bunpro, just look at what they have to offer and (▀̿Ĺ̯▀̿ ̿) "borrow" it from the internet.
(づ。◕‿‿◕。)づ If you are learning as a hobby try to pass the N5 mock tests online.
Pronouncing is a bit tricky. Well, to be honest you will either sound authentic or not hehehe. If you want to get it right try listening to Japanese, it helps. -
@Crazed
If you like micro-managing your learning, and be in control then use https://apps.ankiweb.net/ Anki is a fancy flash cards program and uses spaced repetition to simple beat the Japanese into you.
If you can shell out some cash then https://www.wanikani.com/ wanikani is the premium version of Anki.
Use https://jisho.org/ as your dictionary.
If you would like to practise your reading, try https://www.japanese.io
Japanese is a complicated language. The basics are easy to nail but the formal use of the language is as complicated as it gets.
Even native Japanese speakers struggle with it ᕙ(⇀‸↼‶)ᕗ the only way to master it - is to memorise it. -
@dfox
What I would like to see is a platform where Developers are up/down voted by clients and community members to gain Karma like reddit.
Votes based on their skill (dev and social), discipline (delivering on time), and quality of deliverable (test coverage, code review feedback etc.)
Possibly include testimonials and up/downvote testimonials themselves. Also apply this system to the clients as well - so they get rated by the community. Their votes lose weight/gravity depending on their community standing.
This is a good way to build a community, learn and improve, also have a goal to improve and get acknowledgement by real developers, and push the limits of our skill.
Something like this would just be an extension of devRant ^^ -
@Michelle It is most annoying when writing code and documenting at the same time. So, I use a script to inject documentation (in pre-commit hook).
I create templates in documentation blocks, have multiple txt files with the same name but i18n replace by language code, and eject localised versions of documentation for all our programmers to read.
I use a custom sublime plugin to inject documentation from txt file into IDE in tooltips.

@StazC The keys next to the spacebar (right and left) are used to toggle between English, Hiragana, and Katakana layouts. As you type you can convert your hiragana and katakana into kanji
https://youtube.com/watch/... -
@electrineer shift + 0 is always 0. Alt + 0 is degree symbol (on Sublime text it appears like superscript Omega)
