@theKarlisK I owe you a lollipop. That is pretty much why I am heading to the US soon.
-
@gymnasium Corporate tax.
-
Planning to move to the US from London. To Austin.
-
@hitko, I swear I was just being sarcastic.
-
The snake game is game, too, though.
Sudoko is as well; what do you mean? -
@Cero
Thanks for sharing.
From reading, will it be safe to say that the job is what did the magic?
Because I think you had a skill, it's learning how to learn. You happened to pick the craft up very quick.
Would you felt the same if you could code and not have a job? Or have a job ( outside tech) and not code? -
Want to share how it did that?
-
Not sure how else you will appreciate other programming Languages like Python is you don't try C.
-
@nitwhiz Very readable
-
@Hazarth Oh thats no issue. When that shit happens, restart the house, they will lose connection.
-
@c3r38r170 Let the hommie breath.
Here is a safe space. -
SOMETHING FUCKING WENT WRONG.
-
What's the fucking M? High school Mail?
-
@SoldierOfCode Anytime after 10AM suits for me
-

@010001111 Much love. No disrespect.
-
@010001111
These ain't no early days son, and we still have amazing contents here.
Instead of complaining and being a snowflake; why not leave?
Put your mask back on, sir. -
@010001111
You can shout that until you lose your breath. It won't create the reality that I've seen a similar post on devrant and went on to repost it.
btw, put a mask on. -
@sudo-woodo one love.
-
@Jilano I’m convinced that Windows is the worst. I stopped using it many years ago.
Now I’m back to it because I accepted an offer from a ridiculous company that don’t give devs the choice of development environment due to some fucking “regulations”. -
@SortOfTested 🤣🤣🤣 got it. Push and Pop 😭😭😭😂😂😂
-
I'm In the only one who don't fucking get this?
-
@RememberMe Equal opportunity? Sure. And throw competency out the window trying to give "equal opportunity" ?
My point is competency first.
The criteria for any role should be simple: Who can get the job done to the highest quality?
If a toad could do it best then you best hire that toad -
@A4Abhiraj
-
@RememberMe unfortunately.
-
@pythondev haha I don't believe you.
-
@SortOfTested haha what else?
-
@frogstair Not true. But I get your point.
Solving an algorithm problem isn’t the issue of course.
The interview process is just not viable enough to determine how good or bad of an engineer I am. Scratch that. -
@asgs same shit for all experience level?
Btw: I’m not sure what part convinced you that I might be thinking that I have to build the product to prove I can work for them. -
@12bitfloat I think it’s more than the HR shit. The developers support it too, and y’all need to ducking stop it.
HR won’t be in the interview after all, why the fuck will any sane developer ask me to invert a binary tree.
