Just got into office and saw a group email about a recently released feature.

Apparently, it creates a lot of connections which it never closes. This could hang the server since it can only handle a large but finite amount of active connections.

Well the dev said: I will optimize later

My thoughts: later = min(never, production blows up)

Knowing that yours is probably the last job that will be automated, followed only by complete annihilation of humanity by artificial intelligence..

I love to work on my machine, and being it
my work-horse for school and side-projects, I have a neat dualboot of Windows 10 and (driver-related) Ubuntu Mate.

Ditched Mate because screen tearing, got Cinnamon, but I have to say, that W10 UI appeals a lot for me, so... what kind of Windows is this?
