What's everyone favorite Linux distro? Currently using elementary OS, still relatively new to linux but looking to make an official switch since it speeds up my development flow.6

Me and my friends decided to start a film company, much like roosterteeth. Throughout high school we had a talented group, actors, musicians, writers etc and those of us behind the scenes editing and shooting footage, graphic design and web development. My best friends passion is film, he's a good director and editor and wanted to start this company and was blessed enough to have a group of friends with all of these talents.
Naturally I was the teams web developer/designer.
Well this morning he texts me saying he's sending an old friend of ours my way to help on the website. My first thought is "why?". I code alone, I've never made a website as a team, that just seems like a mess.
Well the friend of ours texts me shortly after saying he was LEARNING to code and wanted to know if he could be in the dev team. I am the dev team. It's not a group to be joined. I don't want my first team experience to be one where I'll have to be teaching along the way, bc I may as well do it alone at that point. I haven't responded to either person yet as I was waiting to share with devRant 😂3 -
Zuckerburg just got finished building his own Jarvis-like A.I. to control his house, in under a year. What am I doing with my life6

Getting hit by a car while cycling and forced to stay in bed for a couple weeks so all you do is code surprisingly good programs and websites for being on morphine7

When you're a bored college student tired of hearing your boss complain about making the schedule every week so you code a program that sorts each employee into their job categories, stores the days they aren't allowed to work (due to other jobs and or class schedules), the time of day they can't work and any days requested off. Then analyzes who's available for each shift throughout the week alongside categorizing each day of the week by the amount of employees needed and prints a perfect schedule for her to use that week3

Forgetting to reply to my gf when I code, I always return to 30+ texts, 12 missed calls, some Instagram and Facebook messages, an email and find my face on the back of a milk carton 😂4

coding so intensely you forget to eat or sleep and you finally look at the clock realizing its been 3 days since you taken a break and you're wondering how the time disappeared. it feels like it's only been a few hours.

When you've worked days on certain implementations and no one realizes all the work required for the few features. Or when you've only built the framework and basis buy everyone feels the need to critique and tell you what to add. Needing a devRant stress ball Rn..1

When you write over a thousand lines of PHP to create three different types of user feeds and your friend demos the site and just asks "is that it, just a few pages?" -.-
