The last Interview I had was 4 hours and I really liked the office and the interviewers. If they invite you for an interview that long, you should expect that they have at least read your CV.

I grew up in Düsseldorf and hate that shit.
It's cold as fuck and people just drink.
Most of the costumes are dumb nowadays.
I had to be there today for a job interview and I am happy I am out.

And yes I know Düsseldorf is not cologne but their carnival is not that different.

The interview was not that successful in my eyes. I got a really easy task which I completed quick and perfect but could not answer some of his easier questions about C#.
Next week ist my next interview, the fourth in three weeks.
