So instead of hiring someone qualified they took someone from an irrelevant department and are making me teach him while doing all my own work -_-

Finally have an opportunity to move to back end department where I work but because I'm the only front end dev my chances are slim to none. And they refuse to hire anyone else. Does this mean they don't want me to grow?1

So I got reprimanded for some error on a site. I proved that this was a back end problem and that this has nothing to do with me (I'm just a front end dev). Didn't get a single apology, the dev who broke the thing got off scot free and now i have to work overtime while they publish the changes to test them

"why has this broken on the site? How can you not cater for it?"
-Looks at what was added-
"uuuuh, any reason the height has been set to 1px? :/" -
Sat here for 30 minutes trying to find an error a client saw that I fixed earlier (mobile error). After going through everything I could think of, it turns out his browser was just caching... Fml1

Currently a front end dev but I want to move to back end development eventually. Any ideas on the best ways to improve my c# skills or places with the best tutorials?1

Gets told to do something by a certain date which was a pretty big task. I said it's fine I'll do it.
Then a lot of small tasks were pushed in between which were "urgent". Now when it comes to the deadline they want to know why the original task wasn't done in time3
