I was a big fan of IntelliJ when I was doing a lot of Java work. I've been doing more web stuff lately but haven't gotten around to trying WebStorm, because I usually just use Atom.
-
The best part is that IME, those with the tightest budgets also always seem to have the most strongest expectations...
-
I've come to think of it as the "umm" of typing.

"Yes sir, we've reset the login credentials on your router. You should now be able to log in with the following,
username: admin
password: password" -
I'm honestly shocked by the amount of routers that have default backdoor logins from either the manufacturer or ISP, which is usually compounded by the comical usernames and passwords... In most cases I've found the backdoor login is usually something like,
Username: admin
Password: root -
I've heard good things about the new Dell XPS line from a few friends that were in similar situations. They're fairly priced and offer a lot of options, i'm pretty sure they even have a developer model.
-
@harambae it's the worst part of writing in any language other than java
-
Hopefully finishing up a Google Play Music desktop controller/widget that I started building last weekend
-
Seriously, this has been my three friends and I for the last 3 weeks...
-
So you take adderall too?
-
That's why I got a smartbands that tells me the amount of steps I've taken in the day. So I know as long as I stay <1000, I'm safe.
-
@SnowyLoli If I could, I would up vote this twice!
-
@pardeike Except maybe the devious plan to use a mechanical keyboard to get your neighbors to move far far away.
-
@leandk I may be a bit bias, but this sounds like every other interaction with Apple to me... Oh and don't forget to include the yearly cost of the developer account as well!
-
First, but I understand why many people who either program in multiple languages regularly or are new to programming use the second style.
-
Really makes you wonder what he was doing that whole time...
-
I think people mostly just become accustomed to using vim or emacs when using an ssh. Atleast that's how I became familiar enough with emacs to find it comparable to Sublime/Atom.
-
No. This is not a question. I don't care if you like the sound of your spacebar.
-
I'm much too lazy to write out the whole line, so now I only "sout".
-
The PCB looks great! What etching process did you use?
-
I usually start a project listening to the music from the Silicon Valley, and by the end... SLAYER.
-
@hacker101
Same here, except we only pretend to have labs because the sadistic prof's also too lazy to make them... Went into the final exam having received no feedback on 5 of the 10 assignments turned in throughout the semester. -
For the last two semesters, pencil isn't allowed... No study guide or info whatsoever on what to expect on the exam.
-
Atleast from that I know it's not Comcast... The conversation goes more like this:
Me: I pay for premium speeds, why am I getting lower speeds than advertised for your base package?
Comcast: Let me connect you to someone that can help...
Next Comcast: So I hear you're interested in upgrading your cable package?...
Me: *hang up* -
@Trey50Daniel Doesn't everything! haha
-
I was literally struggling to working with SimpleDateFormat/DateFormat yesterday haha
-
Capable laptop w/ a second monitor on my desk for working on bigger projects
-
What's even worse is the accidental comma instead of a period... Time to change fonts!
-
@LMestre14 Then i like your teacher!
-
@nollettnoll +1, because it might be useful to have around, but definitely doesn't deserve a bookmark.
