Anyone here been to/live in Sweden? I've been thinking about going over at some point, what's it like?

Completing my first truly collaborative project. Was with one of my friends, learnt a whole lot about git.

Chilled out with one of my non-programmer friends over the weekend. We were talking about various projects I had worked on, and he became interested. He started learning js that night, and I was proud.

Cut to today, he sends me a message complaining about some of the weird syntaxes in python. Super proud moment.

I just spent 2-3 hours writing a python script to make it easier to format solving system of equations through Gaussian elimination easier. It takes a matrix, then allows the user to perform row operations on it, and then it formats every operation done into LaTeX.

Alternatively, I could have spent that time actually working on the assignment it was meant to help me with, and probably finished 3/4 of it.

Just got my laptop back from the store, after having sent it in over 6 weeks ago due to a faulty keyboard. I had made a system image of the hard drive before I sent it in, so I could just restore it and have it ready to go. So I get the backup restoring, and at around 75%, the laptop died. I forgot to plug it in.

I am now currently downloading windows. This is going to be a long night.

I always hate how I get a great idea for an app/game, and then I open up the play store and a very similar thing is on the first page.
