You every heared about "Pimcore".. This thing is pure evil when it comes to updates or clean Code or useful documentation.. -
@hell Okay that's different to what I understood and I can feel your pain now.

So.. a feature of the application you maintain doesn't work. He tried to fix it and asks you to look at it and you don't look at it because he's using the windows sync feature someone in your team provided.. I'm confused.. maybe you let out an information or is this just ranting about why someone in an it job uses windows?

They're likely to fail. They demand things big companies don't want from you, like working at weekend, work at home. "We need this! We need to participate in the market".. but maybe you've found a nice startup, where you like to spend time on. Then work hard and try to make yourself irreplaceable. Good luck for you!
-
My advice is: Don't work for a startup.

Nice ;)

Don't think it's lazy.. even tho, what the hell was the error message other than "Wrong credentials" or authentication error.. hell man, would have beaten your ass as manager

Ctrl + Alt + L and I can read this shit

Did you just mentioned npm and cool in one sentence without negation. I'm a bit triggered
-
Search Vue docs, bet there's something 😂
-
See nothing wrong with mysql, vue and codeigniter to be honest.
-
Had the same problem with a nodejs project recently. It tilted me so much that I rebuild it in C#
-
Woltlab Burning Bord. You're searching the docu? There's none!
-
I thought your worries are that one day someone will call because the cookie expired 🤔

Just Cause with some Mods/Hacks?

They already rant directly in office.. so.. no need for an online platform
-
@kolaente Yeah, that's better ofc ^^
-
PHP? Hm nah.. it's even worse..
-
Search with duckduckgo in tor browser on tails.
-
so.. what if I told you. Just handle errors correctly or if production disable error reporting

That's why I'm happy that I'm german. I got my xmg laptop a few weeks ago. I ordered the WD Black NVMe SSD like you, but I was lucky since xmg ALLOWS you to open their laptop without loosing warranty they even give you all the screws you might need.

@Brolls woah that's an official syndrome... But I only have it for dev related stuff, other things I can assess how good I am.. weird thing
-
@wolt Thanks for the Answer, I think what you mean is joining(?). I already did some research and I think they mean something like "WHERE id IN (1,50,30)" I didn't knew/forgot that mysql can do this, of course you can join the name etc. than too.

Okay, think there's something to learn for me, how would a statement look like if you have to query the database for all user ids in the array? Only thing I can think of is exactly this solution :/ Help is appreciated
-
@ItsNotMyFault that's new to me.. MongoDB I trusted you!!
-
@ItsNotMyFault Why shouldn't we use it as database? In my understanding it is a database and it calls itself a database. Where is the reason to not use it as database?
Furthermore we didn't have data loss because of the database, we had it because a developer failed. -
@Fiftyseven we use it as primary data store. So no there's no way to get back the data.

That's why you activate no cache mode in Chrome
