I have not heard ONE person say “We should totally become an IBM shop!” Because only people who were already STUCK with IBM when better options presented themselves still use IBM bullshit. Well your business model shouldn’t be built on businesses held captive to your antique bullshit. That shit is Stockholm syndrome. Textbook, fucking Stockholm syndrome. If you have to justify something based how much WORSE it used to be, that thing probably fucking sucks.

Was looking at a site with my boyfriend on his phone and after a few minutes he set his phone down and started feeling my forehead and cheeks like i had a fever.
I asked him what he was doing and he said "are you sick? You havent spotted anything wrong with this website. You should be raising hell over a menubar or something by now".

I find the whatsmydns.net website very useful. Too bad that they don't have an api so that I could use it with the commandline 😥

A few hours of analyzing and programming further I 'reverse engineered' the website and wrote a CLI tool which works perfectly fine!

Even though things like these are simple, they always make me feel like I'm a tiny God of sorts 😊
