this is actually a huge problem. At my school there was only one class that taught multi threaded programming, and it was NOT mandatory. So i can definitely see why this is the case a lot of the time. it's unfortunate.

Python specifically, if you are interested at ill in neural networks theres a guy on youtube names siraj raval who makes excellent videos and gives challenges for you to practice. I think he uses tensorflow a lot. So maybe if that interests you read about tensorflow

Pick one language and get really good at it. Once you do that everything else will be a lot easier

I love visual studio and c# but im used to jet brains products and the one thing i miss is in line debugging, where it shows what all your variables are equal to right in the code

Always run in the chrome debugger or incognito to avoid caching i did the same thing and wasted a good hour. Now i always just run in incognito

@RodrigoF thats not true, my internship is paid. Almost all of the CS students I know have paid internships. Some though, have unpaid ones. I'm sure these companies can afford to pay someone minimum wage at least.

@A00012AX77362 let me rephrase, if an internship gives credit I don't care if its paid or not. If it doesn't it should be paid. Because yes then im learning and getting something for that. Getting "Work experience​" for compensation isn't something i believe​ in.

@palecio maybe something that will help incase someone gets lost that can work if theres no service for gps, like use the phones compass to detect direction and count how many steps they have taken in a direction so they can have a map? I dunno
