@NoToJavaScript yes, other files.
Plus my mind is like, formatted to use CTRL + F when searching for something -
@helloworld yeah, And I won't get to open it. I refuse to open it.
-
@helloworld to make sure words dont get cut but a break line in a composant that doesn't allow this kind of stuff
Edit :using a custom framework not public -
@stupidbot well, I would agree if it wasn't like "could you add a small space here" for all screens, I just put it under that name because some makes sense but are frown with "it's too much on the left"
-
@DefiniteGoose Nope, Kaomoji, so those are eyes
-
@Codex404 it was, yeah
-
@gitpush Thing is, I'm only a service provider working with interns.
Can't do much things about it -
@gitpush lack of communication.
That’s the biggest problem lately, if you read the last rants I’ve made, that’s like the first thing that occurs -
@GMR516 it may sound fool, but yeah. As I was still learning coding stuff, I didn’t like developing that game and it kinda scared me on doing games at bigger scales
-
@Buggz if I do have it, I didn’t know lol
-
@Buggz I can assure you I used Count and it worked.
But that’s also an array.
I don’t understand too, must be a framework thing -
@Buggz it was an array if I’m not wrong
-
@Clear0Ff well, maybe a little too harsh saying « CMS », should of said « Joomla! » instead
-
@Strazdonis Because having 10 if for an enum is annoying to read to me
-
@ArcaneEye But I'm in no position to contest. I'm a service provider, not an intern.
Plus we already told him we found that idea real weird (and still telling him so, since we don't have the technical resources to do as he saidà -
@C0D4 Worse is, I have a sample solution to see how it works
But given the code and the documentation, both disagree on how the method works. -
@Devnergy nah, that was just the GUI I was using that bugged (used it to check my diff easily)
Went to that good old bash and nothing went wrong -
@TylerDDevRant I literally dunno, I just tried it again and it works 🤷♀️
-
@TylerDDevRant no since I fixed it, and I don’t think I could anyway
-
@TylerDDevRant would make sense but that’s not that. Nah, really, it was just a basic return.

@electrineer Actually yes and no.
Yes there is some, but there are kinda far away (not like in dozens of kilometers tho, but still), and in my team, we usually take an 1-hour break for lunch. Going at any restaurant is obligatory extending those break.
Plus I usually eat for less than 4€ (I think 3€ is my average), while a restaurant would cost me 3 times more.
And the company restaurant's cheapest menu is at least 5,50€ (including fees) with only one meal. And when you're vegetarian like I do, usually you tend to avoid them because that would only reduce the choice. (and I heard they served a "veggie" burger with meat in it, so I'm really not wanting to see it by myself)
But sometimes we do go at restaurants, like when we finally passed a critical point successfully in our project. -
That reminds me that in first year in my school, we got classes about Unix commands, and the teacher talked about sudo rm -rf * and how dangerous it was.
The thing is, since we have the lessons printed and the teacher said that we don't need to attend his classes, only the exam, some did not attend classes and surely expected that the printed lessons was enough (not really ofc)
Before exam, while we were testing the commands, one asked "what does sudo rm -rf * ?"
We grinned and jokingly said "go on, try it." We thought that it was obvious we were joking.
It wasn't that obvious apparently. -
@-ANGRY-CLIENT- actually I dunno if someone tried to talk to a rubber duck to ty to explain or if it was just a name given to the method, and then people jokingly use a rubber duck
-
@NotFound J’agreed complètement, c’est complément annoying
-
@steipilz I hope I was that lucky sometimes.
But it happens that I have to search for something specific. And Microsoft changed their minds on how to call a thing quite several times. -
@steipilz Well, I don’t mind switching from Win to Ubuntu
But when you want to find something in Windows, let’s say 10, and you are from 7, damn it happens too many times that I’m lost somewhere in te settings. -
But how do you have Apple and jack in the same problem
oh -
@vyrtruus Unless I didn't catch what you meant, it's already a global one.
-
@irene That's annoying to have a dozen of files in the changes that you have to avoid everytime.
