@greg- because the classname is a hook for the style not the style itself. So instead of class="grey" we should use something like class="secondaryAccentColor". That way it can be themed as you like and you won't end up with cases like
.grey {color: blue;}
Better yet, don't mention colour in the classname at all. Eg: "secondary-message muted".

There's no right way to do this, only differently wrong ways. It's a matter of finding the least wrong way for your use-case.

I'm not sure if this is a bad statement to make but from my perspective there seem to be a sweet spot for humans that sits somewhere on the autism spectrum between high functioning logical reasoning and absolute social panic. I don't leave voicemails. If I need to speak to someone and they're unavailable I hang up and try again later at a time that suits me. If I don't actually need a conversation with them then whatever statement I had to make can be sent by email so as not to waste their time pissing about with mailboxes.

(0.1 + 0.2 + 0.3 + 0.4 ) / 4 = 0.25
