@ostream , i have compiled a list of remote only companies and i am now in the process of filtering out the type of work companies do and prepare for interview along with sending them job applications. I am confident that if I keep things real, i can land a remote job soon.

@ostream , yes definitely. but it seems remote jobs are very much different than on-site. I am only getting offer letters from on-site jobs and not from any remote based company/employer.

I am not sure does this have to do with skill set or something else.

Most remote jobs i am apply are from foreign employers on linkedin.

Even if i was a college graduate in 2017 and just starting out. I was criticised a lot and still criticised but i have developed a thick skin and learning new things. I have become better at coding too as compared to my old self.

Criticism is part of the job i guess. You will never be satisfied so let it go and go with the flow.

It was working fine.

Someone was saying to me that it is malfunctioned due to the humidity. I used to turn it on only on weekends.

And yes it is same as this picture. no difference.

@Nanos , It is a windows machine (no gpu). When i turn it on it just peeps on and on with orange lights blinking.

Might be related to bios but not sure. I am planning to replace it with a newer machine or a laptop with dual boot window + linux mint.

Either hire some devs to work for you if it is a dev related work or someone to manage meetings like a manager etc. from your circle of friends.

@Nanos , its an old desktop just capable enough to run ms office, node.js, react.js and metatrader 4/5 with some old games like AOE, Pharaoh.

Spec are are 500GB hard-disk, 8 GB ram and Core2 Quad processor. Model dell optiplex 960

@aviophile , i am trading on demo account and just learned basic of forex. I am not risking real money until i am confident with demo account.

3rd one is worst. You can't change your family and thats how life is. but you can definitely fire your colleagues and bosses and switch jobs. Just research the company before switching.
