that's the thing about the american dream: at some point, you gotta wake up to reality.

This is why I never bought the rhetoric to go "where the money is". It's clear you're poorer there. It isn't the number but how much extra you have percentage wise after you live your life.
People always see the absolute number and think it's somehow better. Yeah paying 3k$ minimum for a closet while your 30% extra pay gets mostly taxed, not to mention "rich" cities charge you for literally anything they can justify does not sound pleasant to me. Why worry about money. Just don't. I don't wanna be bothered by anyone. I want everyone to leave me alone unless I'm the one engaging with them first.
Purchasing power parity is the only thing that matters, and being left alone so every random person isn't trying to suck the life outta ya -- more priceless than money! -
@ostream only if you agree to wear the leather getup this time.
Someone stole my gimpsuit.
Ran right off with it.
Imagine. Some person, in the dead of night, in a gimp suit, running on all fours down the middle of a suburban street in a white picket fence kinda town.
Btw I'll always be your manwhore. Gotta be true to who we are.
The fact that four to eight dollars a week could break me and cause me to lose my job before I've even started is a statement on how bad the american economy is, and what kind of future people have in america: none.
There is none.
