    Seriously now, you need to cut down amount of cups to drink, or it will bring you down :)

    @QCat it will end up making you nervous, reached that point with coffee my hands kept shaking until I finally went down to 1 cup per day

    @QCat Damn then you need to organise some more mate. My wife and daughter have some fruit teas that I do not dare to touch even when my supply runs low.

    I drink them in 500ml bottles :P Some days around 4 of them. And that is all excluding coffee. I drink both all the time.

    @ThatDude it is in my name :P but to specify Mio Mio Mate, Flora Mate, Mate Mate, Ice Tea Mate ... then some normal teas such as English Breakfast Tea, Rooibos Tea.

    @ThatDude I manage to stop drinking tea before 6PM and until 10PM30 so I can have a high iron income meal on the evening that get actually absorbed. + I have fat to lose
