How often do you guys switch jobs? Also when and why to consider switching jobs?

Even back to driving a bus and delivering pizza, I hold a job for 2 years, give or take a few months. I just passed that at my current job, I would leave for more money, an opportunity to learn, better bosses, or the ability to work from home.

I recommend angellist, I have gotten some good interviews off that, not job offers, but second interviews from what I believe to be legit operations, unlike some shit on craigslist.

I've changed jobs as soon as the current one comes to a dead end. A dead end can be that the salary is not negotiable any more, the company is not well financially, I am not allowed to evolve in my position. These things happen over time and cannot always be predicted.
