umm... I'd say "communication". I don't think you can get any job unless you know how to communicate with others.

And if you expected us to tell you what magical 1 tech skill to master to land a job -- that ain't happening. There's no **1** skill. There are lots of them.

And if we're not talking about tech skills - if we expand to _any_ skill that will surely land you a job - I'd say it's a blowjob. Freelancing in the station district will almost guarantee you some clients.
