ChappIO46638yIf the stream isn't crowded I prefer the stream because there can be some interactivity. -
@ChappIO but for what purpose? Interactivity what does it really give you and do you actually use it?
-
ChappIO46638y@MasterSwagMan well I like to join development webinars for new technologies (I did quite a few on docker) and the small ones actually give you the opportunity to pose questions to experts. That's pretty valuable especially if you come prepared with basic knowledge -
@ChappIO yeah in that case I absolutely will give it to you, it makes sense.
But I guess I’m thinking more in the entertainment streams. Like gaming and stuff -
@ChappIO exactly! I don’t get live streaming entertainment.. I guess I’m just an old grumpy cat
-
ChappIO46638y@MasterSwagMan haha well if we were all the same there wouldn't be that many types of media -
I think it's cool to interact with the host directly, instead of comments or something else.

Dacexi119168yI don't enjoy watching streams as it takes up so much time, however, I think it's about being part of a community since the one you watch sees your messages live and can react to them.

Am I the only one who doesn’t like live streaming.. everywhere online seems to want me to watch live streams..
Especially YouTube and Facebook.. I just don’t get it. When I wanna watch something on the web I want to be able to go forward and backwards and skip parts I don’t like...
So what’s the point of it? I genuinely do not understand it.
