I’m tired of arrogant managers and better-than-everyone execs, and exec-level scrum masters who dictate endless development policy and ceremony yet have zero idea what developers and QA actually do.

A lil bit of arrogance is usually fine and somewhat beneficial if they are well educated and dedicated to quality. However, if they are not able to compromise, that quickly becomes an issue. I feel like sometimes everyone is arrogant, but the people who think they don’t have to check their pride, the truly arrogant motherfuckers, they are a problem regardless of profession…
