Well, the left one becomes fully logical if you replace the inner "Is" relations with one-way "Is part of" relations. Then father, son and holy spirit are parts of god but neither is part of the other. It's really just a simple composite and if you know beginner level OOP you instantly recognize the pattern.
There is absolutely no excuse for JavaScript's absurd type mangling though.
