Actually the pound has the vertical bars slanted while the sharp it is the horizontal ones.

Now I can never look at the Visual Studio logo again without seeing that Microsoft uses it the wrong way. Apparently it's used for "C Hash", not C Sharp 🤣

@CluelessBanana @SpencerBeige Well, Microsoft deliberately used the hash symbol because it's more commonly used and can be found on the everyday keyboard, compared to sharp.
