I have no experience in professional development, so I'd love an answer to this of anyone knows what mr.dev up there should do.

siksik2447ySorry to hear that. Here's what I believe are the options:
If it were me, I'd first have a length y talk with your boss about why you believe the other was delayed. If it was an issue with the customer, it is possible that the project manager is responsible for those delays.
If your boss still won't budge, he's bullshitting you and was using that as an excuse. So you either accept it out start looking for another job. -
Thanks guys!
I thought I could be understanding but after so much shit, Im giving up here. Just managed to find another job and tendered my resignation.
My boss tried to counter offer me by asking if he could do anything as they still need me. I said nope and am now waiting for this 3 months notice to end.
Never felt happier knowing Im leaving.
However, if and when I do think about it, I still feel very unhappy and displeased.
Well time to let go and move on, I guess?
For the past two years, I worked my balls off to deliver a project that eventually went live months ago.
But boss announced that no bonus is going to be paid because project got delayed.
Its not even my fault that project got delayed because customer cannot confirm requirements and keep changing.
All of my assigned tasks were also met on time, if not earlier.
