Limited or NO MEETINGS!

Talk with supervisor and colleague that you will do more code while they go to the meetings instead of you.
That's what I did, now I don't have to go to the meetings :-D
I just have to listen what my PM says, and, well, do my job :-D

@mt3o my employees don't go to meetings, that's my job.
