is it sane to choose Notion instead of Confluence and Shortcut (Formerly Clubhouse) instead of Jira, or do I come as a total hipster?

Or better yet, instead of Shortcut or Jira, choose Todoist?

In here we tried a task-management software like Jira. But it became tedious to click in so many places. We ended up using a google doc for our meetings and ongoing tasks.

Where is the data hosted for Shortcut ?

With Jira we can select the region. This is mostly that we have different laws related to data. (Europe) So we avoid using USA stored services...

I use notion every day for notes and personal documentation.
Its the best product I've seen and its free tier is great.

Confluence is slow and buggy! We have to use it at work, but I write in Notion first
