Rejection 2 / 1000 of my 1000 job applications TikTok journey

Another vague response. It appears to me as if all of these companies are looking for a top 0.1% FAANG engineer and pay him $600/month

    There's also a third possibility but is sadly all too real. Companies want to _SAY_ they are hiring. It makes it look like they are _GROWING_ and _DOING WELL_ so they open up all these vacancies for jobs they do not have the budget (or the willingness) to pay for.

    It would help if they could actually converse in English

    As someone's who's worked at HR-tech and BUILT such rejection/emails features, majority of these are automated
    If you answered any numeric/computable data, and the hiring/HR team received 100+ applications, they'll not even bother looking at the candidates. Backend auto assigns a "fit/unfit" tag based on ur inputs and the lazyass HR dude/dudette will spam the "reject" button on your card

    You get a templated reply and thats the end of your jouney

    Hell it could be Bill Gates applying and theres a possibility the tech will flag him unfit coz not within hard-ranges of the hiring guy and not 1 human will know.
    Even tho im in this industry, such automation is what I hate with all my might. Gives humans an excuse to be sloppier/lazier

    @azuredivay wtf??? So how do i know what to i write? What the fuck they want from me?

    @b2plane easy, you hack them, then find that system and you know exactly how to get 100% ( but you do about 80% to not be too suspicious ) of what they need and write exactly that in your CV ;}

    @b2plane if they've put any ranges in the job posting, like so n so years, so n so salary, visa we'll provide/won't provide, just lie through it :3
    at least the system won't reject you then, and when a human sees/interviews you, feign ignorance and give your correct info provided you managed to wow them

    this circumvents the systems' bitchiness

    Ideally the HR "should" go through all, and have buffer ranges, but most dont hence this weird ass approach

    PS: this applies to interview sites that take this info from you on-demand, if they read it off of your PDF then this wont work, coz if you write the wrong there you cant pretend/feign ignorance, but should help in the rest
