Notepad++ is best. It take seconds to launch and provide color schemes for every language and its indentation is really good.

    I prefer Kate. It also supports almost ever language and it can read REALLY HUGE files and has a nice minimap.
    For more serois editing with normal files I use Atom.

    @jordinebot hahahahhah. I have a relatively slow machine and if something takes seconds to launch then it's better than most programs.

    I prefer atom over sublime and notepad++ only because of colour combination of black and green just looks cool

    @samBhargav if it's only for the color scheme you'll probably find the same scheme in every other editor...

    I use last Dreamweaver, because it's fancy, but also works great... Starts în 2s.
