In some places platforms are indexed "1b" - not sure if this is a valid array/dict index.

Sadly, this is only until reconstruction is done. 9 3/4 is between platforms 8 and 9 right now.

@diadev Regarding floors we indeed tend to count ground floor (0), first floor, etc. It makes numbering basement levels much easier.

@bittersweet it does. I wish the US did it that way. Ground floor being 1 makes no sense to me.
