    Wait PhD is taken negatively by programmers ?

    @sam9669 depends on the role.
    I've met plenty of PhD graduates that couldn't code at a junior level. In small companies it often equates to higher pay expectations (and on occasion too much of an ego).

    I think the second to last one for programmers changes to it's absolute (positive) value if it's a female :D

    What about trying stuff / experiments and THEN get certifications?😌 Programmers don't usually hire people HR does

    Why certification is negative?

    That's a nice rant! But I agree. Each person can read your resume in a different way, and their impression of you can be different, too. And here, not everything depends on you, but still, it's very important to have a detailed resume that highlights all your pros as specialists. From my experience, I can say that sometimes, it's not that easy to create such a resume. From my experience, I can say that the IT sphere is even more complicated because the competition is huge. When I needed to create my resume, I faced some problems. And, of course, I started looking for help online. I found a lot of useful info, and this service https://craftresumes.co/it-resume/ was the one that helped me out with my IT resume because, honestly, I was losing hope. In such complicated processes, I prefer using professional help because I don't have enough experience to do everything myself.
