Deciding whether to let go of one of my devs. Does great work; horrible at showing up to work.

    Think again. I used to work all night some days and work from home the next or go to office at 12PM.

    What matters to you more? Work or him being at work?

    @sterex Work is more important for me. The company wants both and that's the problem.

    @olpe yeah. Or come in at all. Sometimes would come in hungover. Would constantly call in sick.
