juzles38617yIt stopped being like that after a week or something. Now even if I push myself to the limit I come home full of energy amd I feel great.
But the first month is harder, and you are getting used to it with time. Good luck and don't give up. Just watch out and have a good sleep or you'll be in pain. -

I found that running / cross trainer for an hour after work helps my brain have that downtime to process shit and let me sleep. I also go to bed by 10pm and get up early. The amount of great ideas I have the next morning is class.

I work out at home, got a little gym of my own. I do lots of body weight and core exercises and some weight resistance exercises too. Make sure you eat well. Gets easier, but I constantly push myself harder.

I like to go to gym. But every time I start doing that, I start loosing my hair. 😢

juzles38617y@daveslater this is what I imagine I'll start doing one day when I'll go to work...
@thegamblerises how is that even possible? -
@juzles I don't know. I'm just guessing. Maybe less protein because I'm vegetarian.

Hi, usually I go every 2 days and in the evening after coding. I take full day break because tht is what I need to rest and function. Maybe doing less cardio and just lifting could help.
I actually need help too on this matter :)

Any devs hitting the gym here? I started yesterday and when I came back home, I I was so tired that I couldn't write a single line of code. I don't know how I will handle both.
