We used to have these 45min sessions daily, plus a much longer one (1h) on fridays. Now they’re still every day, but 20-30 minutes instead, and the longer one is every other Friday. It’s better, but it still sucks.

Having less salsa on my fruit salad doesn’t really improve things much.
