Why are you scared? I don't think that's an emotion I've often felt in this job. Maybe once or twice at 3am when I was guts-deep in a failing refactor-too-far before a deadline... but not in the normal course of things. Tell us how it is, mate?

Come to terms with failure. You don't have to always get things right.
