Doing "quick fixes" for some tickets instead of actually finding the cause of the break

    I work in a very fast paced environment. Sometimes it feels like quick fixes are preferred over finding the root of the issue.

    I still try to take the time to understand why things break. I just feel like with the workload everyone has, there just isn't time though...
