"We dont usually use 3rd parties and prefer 2 write our own"
Congratulations Fuck head u a fan of rewriting the wheel,
Queue me moonwalking the Fuck outa that joint -

Astatos2629ySry to tell you, but sometimes, a large framework is either not useful or not necessary. -

dots1339yIf you're using a rare programming language you have no other choice than do most parts you need by yourself.
For example smalltalk 😉🙃 -

@dots Smalltalk got shut down over 30 years ago, I don't think people are still using it. And if they do: my dearest condolences, it's an awful language
 -

Just another case of Big Framework propaganda, keeping you all under control! On a more serious note, I've been digging ReactJS lately.

dots1339y@Krokoklemme some parts are complicated yes, but never experienced such a nice debugging and it's the base of real OOP nonetheless. -

@dots to be honest: I was intrigued to try it out myself too, but I can't seem to find the tools for the development and also it just has too many quirks for me (e.g not even following basic mathematical rules)

tizo5609yI don't think reinventing the wheel is good but I think all third party libraries and frameworks should be weighed against the projects needs. If you only need a small part of a framework or library then maybe rolling your own targeted version is a better option.
