    Poor rant for 2 reasons.

You can't "create" a site with bootstrap. You can only style it.

Also - everyone has to start somewhere. You did, I did. Stop being a snob.

Anyways the meme is also wrong

Using a printer doesn't make you a hacker. It makes you an author.

Bootstrap is the shit though. Use it all the time ;)

So a full-stack developer must build everything from scratch?

Bootstrap is a framework to get people going with there style, like the internet is the framework for us all to connect to each other, The idea behind the framework is so your not wasting time with design since many sites still looked the same after been coded different so bootstrap streamlined this.

We all start somewhere, but without a back end the design is bunk so long as the site does something or provides some really good information then let them bootstrap.

@Grimmdev I think you miss read it said print not printer, print is the command to show back a command or word in many languages all the way back to basic.

This concept is so bad please stop believing it, the full stack developer should invest its time, its resources, like creating all from scratch is a hell job (i did it already ) so you need a time as for you can make 5 websites with the same concept using already available resources and library, so get the job done good ui/ux and done.

Do you use a mobile phone or you create one!!

Yea, cause intricately building responsive media queries for every element on your site and reinventing the UI wheel is the way forward, what a bunch of n00bs... Get over yourself. Bootstrap is a tool. Just cause you've seen some dog ass devs misuse it, doesn't mean it's shit. it's lightweight and gets some fundamentals set up so that you can build upon them.

@falmesino Yes. You can't call yourself Full-Stack unless you wrote everything from the database to the web browser from the ground up. /s
