Not that weird in my eyes...
"Like Uber" doesn't mean "has built one of the world's biggest apps from scratch".
It probably just means "has worked on some kind of taxi app" -
@jiraTicket appreciate the way u c it..but it's jus that the choice of words is bad that anyone who reads wouldn't put so much thought into it.."worked on" would have done the trick

And remember: if a company writes "+3 years" in an ad it could just mean "we need someone who knows their stuff. Which *generally* means 3 years."
Does not necessarily mean all applicants with 2 years of experience are out of the question. If they can show they are better than average.
