100% agree

15min is too long, yet I've had a "scrum masters" argue back about that. To them: You're not a fucking scrum master, you're a dipshit micro manager that doesn't know how to manage shit.

Stand up should ideally be no more Rian 10min, 15min max. Conversations and discussions can happen afterwards. Don't waste everyone's time with information they don't care about.

Less than 15, but we're around 15 on the team, including QA and creative guys.

1-3 min per person. Devteam = 7

Post whatever the fuck you want us to know on Slack. Fuck all meetings, standup or not. Just get the effing job done for christ's sake.
