Hi, I've been wondering why people say that mechanical keyboards are better than the ones made of membrane?

For some people it's personal preference, for others it's just a trend they follow in my experience

It's the tactile feedback. Personally I hate them, hate the tactile feedback and how tale they are. I'll stick to my membrane keyboards all-day, everyday.

I prefer the tactile feedback. But then there are plenty of different mechanical keys to suit different taste. You could look it up to see the difference between them. I would just feel unsatisfied using membrane keyboard after using a mechanical one.
