The job I recently accepted scores a facking 5 out of 12 on the Joel Test 😦😦😦

Some of the things on the list can be taken care of by yourself, and maybe show the list to some co-workers to "spread the word" so to speak..

Lol. We're at ~2. Not sure about the best equipment money can buy, I've got an old core2quad PC with 8GB ram which is enough but not the best you can get. So if you don't count that it's a solid 1 and my suggestions are ignored or made down (as in "nah I'll never be for codereviews, I don't want someone criticise my work)
