I don't believe any language is "overrated", they all have there own uses, python is very simplistic and has beginner libraries like tensorflow and scipy to allow developers who don't have much machine learning experience to create AI.

Pretty sure every language has a specific use case and python does what it's supposed to do pretty well

@Eklavya I used that example because thats what I use machine learning for.

@luxe011 before python , most of us use C++ and lisp. Python is just popular with importing module.
