I do play it but not recently, because it does not sync with the steam cloud. I recommend TIS-100 (one word: assembler) and after that Shenzen Electronics (i think that is the name, same devs as of TIS). Oh, and Spacechem. Also if you want to do something more crazy: Screeps
My personal favourite is "else Heart.break()" -

DrEmann2539yYes, every zactronics game. If you have little low level programming, you might start with infinifactory/ spacechem. For more realistic assembly programming games I recommend shenzhen io, then TIS 100. With shenzhen io, you can more often brute force a solution with an inefficient solution, then refine it. TIS 100 often needs a pretty efficient solution right away, which can be discouraging. -

@DrEmann oh, didn't know about the brute forcing 'feature' :D I only own TIS and HRM. spachem and shenzen are on my wishlist though

You can spend hours on shenzhen io and TIS-100. Optimizing for lackluster instruction sets is much more fun than it seems

Anyone played Human Resource Machine yet? It's fun to solve and optimize these algorithm puzzles after a hard work day.
