Nice demo, as an advice: align the windows in thirds without the background showing. Allows perfect view on any window without the need to move them during recording.

I'm not sure if windows can do it on its own, but I am sure there is software for that. Something like "tiling window manager for windows" might lead you to good results. I can't recommend any software as I use linux.
